INTRODUCTION
This is a private site reserved from our ministry leaders and administrators. The following is a list of the forms we use in conjuction with Community Church Builder. You need access to CCB in order to access the data inputs from these forms. Do not get these forms confused with our publicly-accessible forms on our web site, such as our prayer form and gift request form.
INSTRUCTIONS
It is assumed that you received a hard-copy completed form from a visitor to one of your ministry-sponsored events. Select the appropriate form below, fill in the information from the hard-copy completed form into the appropriate boxes, and submit the form. The form will automatically be sent to the appropriate process within CCB and an email will be automatically sent to the appropriate manager.
